At The Proud Baron, we believe in craftsmanship fit for royalty – and in making things right if they’re not quite perfect. Here’s our policy to ensure you feel as valued as royalty:
Cancellation Policy:
Changed your mind? No worries – you can request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase. I’ll promptly issue a refund and cancel the order. After all, even the best of us have second thoughts.
Returns and Exchanges:
If your order didn’t live up to your expectations, let me know as soon s possible. I’m here to make things right. Need to return it? Ship it back to me within 14 days of delivery, at the buyer’s expense. Once I receive it, I’ll work on the adjustments or issue a replacement as necessary. Customised items cannot be returned.
Sizing or Attachment Adjustments:
Ordered the wrong size or need a tweak to the design? Send it back, and I’ll adjust it to your specifications (or craft a new one if needed). The replacement will be sent once I receive the original – because every detail matters.
Custom Orders:
Custom pieces are uniquely yours, and I typically don’t accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, if a sizing adjustment is necessary, I’ll gladly take it back, perfect it, and return it to you.
Return Shipping Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item isn’t returned in its original, royal-worthy condition, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Free replacement only with tracked shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it once the new shipping cost has been covered. If you don’t want to risk your items not arriving and having no tracking information, please pay for the tracked shipping option.
Incorrect or Faulty Items:
If I accidentally send the wrong item or one that doesn’t match the specifications, you can keep it – my mistake, our treat. And of course, I’ll ship the correct item at my expense. At The Proud Baron, it’s all about getting it right the second time around.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
